Hey everyone, and happy Springday!
Today (in Australia, at least), is the first day of Spring. In Cymria that day is known as Springday, and it’s a happy day of celebration for all Southerners, who believe that it represents the day on which Gryphus (the sun) returns to bring life back to the world. So I hope everyone remembered to go to their local Sun Temple this morning for the official prayers of thanksgiving. If you didn’t go, then you must be either a heretic or a Northerner. As for me, I’m a heretic, but I’ll happily celebrate the end of winter with a glass of my favourite drink: Southern Comfort. Mmm, tasty.
(I’m not trying to be cute; Southern Comfort really is my favourite spirit. It’s just the thing for a cold winter’s night!).
